Complaints and Appeals
How to Raise Concerns and Appeals
All formal complaints must be received in writing using the official CBD College Complaints Form, obtainable by emailing info@cbdcollege.edu.au.
Receipt will be acknowledged within 3 business days.
Management will investigate the complaint and respond via email. Appeals can be directed to the RTO CEO Matthew Gee at matthew@cbdcollege.edu.au
If unsatisfied with the CEO's response, assistance can be sought from the VET Regulator, ASQA.
