      Do I need to do anything before coming to my RSA/RCG and/or barista course?

      Post-course Requirements

      RSA/RCG

      Please read the course notes and make sure your student profile and USI are all correct in your student portal so there will be no delays in issuing your certificate. 

      Barista and First Aid

      For the accredited coffee courses and first aid courses, there is online learning involved which needs to be completed before you attend your course.

      Post-course Requirements

      RCG has post course multiple choice questions that Liquor and Gaming ask you to complete after your classroom RCG course.
