Support for Language and Learning Needs
Coffee / First Aid Students need to follow and recall instructions and information provided by the trainer to complete assessed activities, including demonstrating practical skills and answering written questions. Multiple-choice questions are asked via an online learning platform.
All Other Courses Candidates need effective language, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to write documentation. They are expected to read and interpret training packages, develop learning programs, present information, use technology, and prepare records.
Cognitive skills in planning, research, interpretation, analysis, and synthesis are also required.
