CBD Code of Practice

In accordance with the ethical provision of education and training services, CBD College will:

- Ensure the health and safety of our employees and participants.

- Act with honesty, integrity, and responsibility.

- Not engage in unfair or harsh conduct towards training participants or colleagues.

- Ensure staff do not engage in practices that bring the college into disrepute.

- Ensure trainers are aware of relevant legislation and regulations.

- Underpin policies and procedures with sound management practices.

- Provide an inclusive learning environment conducive to competency achievement.

- Monitor and securely maintain participant education records.

- Ensure all facilitators are suitably qualified and sensitive to participant needs.

- Ensure fair and equitable dealings with clients and students.
