What do I bring to the first aid class?

Necessary items and preparation tips for attending a first aid class.

Please bring photo ID and writing material if you want to take any notes during the first aid course. Our first aid classes start promptly, so don’t be late!

We will not allow entry if you are more than 30 minutes late, and you will need to re-book again for another class.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bear in mind that you will be on the ground in some cases performing simulated first aid.
